Four years ago, our founder, Adi Malhotra, moved to Madrid, having lived in 15 different countries, searching for an apartment to call home—only to find many barriers to access rent such as excessive deposits and strange documents required by landlords. The process of finding a landlord who understood and respected his profile was a real hassle. Through this experience, he realised that many tenants struggled with this pain and had to pay huge deposits . Adi was determined to help more tenants feel valued and find their home!
